62-JRESOLUTION No. 62-~Y' WHEREAS, the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLOI~IDA, pursuant to the charter of said City, deems it necessary for the public interest that the public streets of said City, more particularly described hereinafter, be improved by being built, repaired, resurface d, and/or rebuilt; and WHEREAS, the City Council of said City has heretofore, by Resolution, according to law required the Supervisor of Public Services to prepare an estimated cost of such improvements and to prepare plans and specifications covering the construction of same; and WHEREAS, the said Supervisor of Public Services has completed such requirements, and said plans and specifications are now on file his office, now therefore, ~nton Beach, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Florida, as follows: 1. That the following public streets hereinafter described shall be ~O ~ nstructed and/or rebuilt over the publicly dedicated rights-of-way thereof, accordance with plans and specifications a s required by the laws of the City Boynton Beach, Florida, and now on file in the office of the Supervisor of Services, said streets being more particularly described as follows: That portion of S. E. 6th Street, lying between S. The City Council will sit for the purpose of hearing objeclions, if any, to the above proposed improvements on lhe ~'~ day of fi3 ~r(/C ~ A.D. 1962, at the hour of City Hall, Boynton Beach, o'clock ~. Each abutling property owner along the above proposed improve- ment shall be assessed on a front footage basis, charging said owner his pro- portionate share as divided by the total improvement cost. Any such assess- ment may be paid within ~c'3 days from the date of confirmation thereof, withoul interest. Thereafter all assessments shall be payable in equal annual installments with interest at ~ % per annum from the expiration of said ~(~) days in each of the succeeding years at the time or times in each year at which general municipal taxes are payable, provided that any assessment may be paid at any time before due, the date of payment.
