WHEREAS, lhe Cily Council of lhe CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, in its discretion, pursuanl lo the Charier of said Cily, deems ii
necessary and essenlial lo the public interesl of lhe inhabilanls and properly
owners of said Ciiy, lhal, that certain porlion of lhe municipal sewer systern
adjacent lo cerlain public slreels, more parlicuarly described hereinafler
localed wilhin lhe municipal lirnils of said City, be improved by construcling,
repairing, laying and/or relaying same;
NOW, THEREFORE, be ii resolved by lhe Cily Council of lhe
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. Thai lhe Supervisor of Public Services of the Cily is hereby
direcled and ordered lo prepare an eslirnated cosl of constructing, repairing,
laying and/or relaying lhal porlion of lhe municipal sewer system adjacenl to
the following described public slreets over and wilhin lhe dedicated righls-of-
way thereof located within the Cily of Boynlon Beach, Florida:
Thai portion of S. E. 1st Avenue lying belween
U. S. Highway #1 and S. E. 6th Streel.
Thai portion of S. E. 2nd Avenue lying belween
U. S. Highway #1 and S. E. 6ih Streel.
Thai portion of S. E. 6th Slreet lying between
S. E. 2nd Avenue and Ocean Avenue.
2. Thai said plans and specifications and estirnales of the cosl of
such irnprovernenls, which plans and specificalions and estirnaled cost shall be
in accordance wilh the laws and ordinances of said CITY OF BOYNTON BEAC~
shall be filed in lhe office of lhe said Supervisor of Public Service~
