WHEREAS, the Charter and Ordinancesof the CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, provide that the salaries and/or compensa-
tion of certain appointed officials and employees of said municipality be
fixed by Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, alterations or increases in the salaries and/or
compensation of certain appointed officials and employees of the City were
incorporated in the budget of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
for the fiscal year 1962-1963, previously adopted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:'
That the salaries and/or compensation of all appointed officials
and employees of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA including the
employee wage scale heretofore adopted, as contemplated and set forth in
the 1962-1963 budget of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, are
hereby established as the salaries and/or compensation for subject
appointed officials and employees, effective November 1, 1962.
