62-OOORESOLUTION NO. 62-000
WHEREAS, the charier of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, provides thai amendments to the personnel rules under the
municipal Civil Service Merit System shall be amended by resolulion
of lhe City Council after submission and approval of such amendments
to lhe City Council by the personnel officer and the City Manager; and
WHEREAS, certain amendment to said Civil Service Rules and
Regulations have herelofore been submitted to the Cily Council and
approved by said body,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Cily Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. Thai the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, Civil Service
Rules and Re gulations adopted by the City Council of the
City of Boynton Beach~ Florida, on July 16, 1962, are
hereby amended in a¢cerdance with the specific amendments
previously approved by the City Council, a copy of which are
attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof.
2. Thai in all other respects subject Civil Service Rules
and Regulations are hereby ratified and confirmed as
previously adopted.
