~qEREAS~ pursuant to the provision~ of Chapter 13 of
the Code of Ordinances of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA~
pertaining to garbage~ trash and weeds~ a recent periodic survey
of the City has been conducted and a report s~mbmitted to the
Mayor of the municipality describing certain parcels of land
located within the municipal limits of the City whereon conditions
constituting nuisances as defined in said Chapter 13 exist; and
WHEREAS~ supporting data regarding the existence of
subject nuisances has been submitted to the City Council at a
reSular meeting and the Council has thoroughly considered said
report and supporting data relative thereto~ and
WHEREAS~ the City Council has found~ as a fact~ that
a prima facie case has been established showing the existence of
nuisances~ as defined in the above and foregoing Chapter~ on the
parcels of land more particularly described hereinafter~
NOW~ THEREFORE~ be it resolved by the City Council of
the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA~ as follows:
That nuisances as defined in Chapter 13 of
the Code of Ordinances of the CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH~ FLORIDA~ exist on the parcels of land
situated within the municipal limits of the
City of Boynton Beach~ Florida~ and more
particularly described as follows:

five days from date hereof~ to forward written
notice as prescribed in Chapter 13 of the Code

parcels of land herein above described.
