WHEREAS, the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, in its discretion, pursuant to the charter of said City,
deems it necessary and essential to the public interest of the inhabitants

and property owners of said City, that/certain public street, more particu-
larly described hereinafter, located within the municipal limits of said City,
be improved by constructing, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding same;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That the Supervisor of Public Services of the CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, is hereby directed and ordered to prepare an
estimated cost of construc%ing, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding the
following described public street over the dedicated rights-of-way thereof
located within the City of Boynton Beach, Florida:
That portion of N. W. 1 '0th Avenue lying between
N. W. 4th Street and N.W. 5th Street.
2. That said plans and specifications and estimates of the
cost of such improvements, which plans and specifications and estimated cost
shall be in accordance with the laws and ordinances of said CITY OF BOYNTON
shall be filed in the office of the Supervisor of Public
BEACH, FLORIDA,
