62-CCCRESOLUTION NO. 62- dg~ WHEREAS~ pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA~ pertaining to ~arbage~ trash and weeds~ a recent periodic surve~ of the City has been conducted and a report submitted to the Mayor of the municipality describing certain parcels of land located within the municipal limits of the City whereon conditions constitutin~ nuisances as defined in said Chapter 13 exist~ and WHEREAS~ supportin~ data re~ardin~ the existence of subject nuisances has been submitted to the City Council at a regular meeting and the Council has thoroughly considered said report and supportin~ data relative thereto~ and WHEREAS~ the City Council has found~ as a fact~ that a prima facie case has been established showing the existence of nuisances~ as defined in the above and foregoin~ Chapter~ on the parcels of land more particularly described hereinafter~ NOW~ THEREFORE~ be it resolved bT the Cit~ Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA~ as follows: That the nuisances as defined in Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA~ exist on the parcels of land situated within the municipal limits of the City of Boynton Beach~ Florida~ and more particularly described as follows: OWNER LEGAL DESCRIPTION Laneharts Subdivision of Lot 3 F.
