09-19-60ARESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the residents and property owners abutting a certain
roadway known as VISTA HERMOS~A, located within the subdivision known
as LAS PALMAS PARK, a subdivision of the City of Boynton Beach, accordi
to the plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in
and for Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 25, page 242,
have petitioned and requested the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, to change the name of said roadway from VISTA HERMOSA to
LAS PALl,I/kS PARK AVENUE; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
seeing no objection to the requested name change, and desiring to comply
with the request~of the citizens of said municipality,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, as follows:
That the name of the roadway located within the municipal limits
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, described hereinabove as VISTA
HERMOSA is hereby changed to and shall henceforth be known as LAS
PALMAS PARK AVENUE.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September, A.D. 1960.
