W-HEfqEAS the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, on June 20, 1955, passed and enacted a resolutio~
providing for certain free water service to churches, civic,
fraternal and patriotic ozg~nizations, etc; and
¥~AS, said resolution appears to conflict with
the intent of a prior water bond resolution enacted by the City
prohibiting the furnishing of free water service; and
WHE~EAS, it is the intent and desire of the City
Council to strictly abide by and conform with the provisions of
said water bond resolution in order to protect the rights of all
bond holders;
NOW, Tt~EFORE, be it resolved by the City Council
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, that the above resolution
providing for certain free water service, a copy of which is
attached hereto, is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, at its regular meeting this /~
