07-18-60AR-E- S-O-L-U-T-I-O-N P~SOLUTION vacating a portion of Northwest 8th Court, a dedicated street located within the municipal limits of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida. WHEREAS, JOHN F. BEARDSLEY and ESTHER B£ARDglZ¥, Northwe st his wife, the owners of certain land abutting/8th Court, have made application to the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, for the adoption of a resolution vacating and abandoning a portion of said Northwest 8th Court, a dedicated street located within the municipal limits of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, as part of Plat of Subdivision of Sections 29 and 20, Township 45 South, Range 45 East, recorded in Plat ~ook 7, page 20 public records of Palm Beach County, Florida; and WHE~AS, it appears that subject street has never been laid out or used by the public; and WHEREAS, it appears that a portion of subject dedicated street has been replatted and included as a portion of certain subdivided lots on the plat of Glen Arbor, the plat of which is recorded in Plat Book ?.5, page 121 public records of Palm Beach County, Florida; and WHEREAS, it appears that a portion of subject street has previously been abandoned and vacated by this Council, and there appears to be no reason why the portion of said street, more particularly described hereinafter, should not also be vacated; NOW THER£FO~£, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, that: That portion of Northwest 8th Court included in and lying along the easterly and southerly boundaries respectively of lots 8 and 9 of the subdivision of Glen Arbor (being a replat of lots 13 to 17 inclusive, subdivision of Sections 29 and P~0, ~ Township 45 South, Range 48 East, recorded in Plat Book 7, page 201 public records of Palm Beach County, Florida) according to the plat thereon on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 25, page 121, said area constituting approximately the easterly and southerly 30 feet of said lots 8 and 9, Glen Arbor, is hereby vacated, nullified, closed and abandoned and subject area is hereby returned to acreage for purposes of taxation. 1960.
