06-06-60BR~ S 0 L U ~ ~ O~ WHEPd3AS, Section 88 of the Municipal Charter of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, provides for the appoint- ment by the City Council of a Municipal Judge ad litem to serve in case of the absence of, disqualification of, or disability of the Municipal Judge; and WHE~BAS, it is felt by the City Council that such an appointment should be made in the event of any of the above contingencies occurring, and WI~Pd3AS, the City Council is of the opinion that MARTIN R. DU~KIN, a resident of the City of Boynton Beach, Plorida, possesses the requisite qualifications to fulfill the said office, NOW THEP~EPOPd3, be it resolved that MARTIN R. of the Municipal Cour DURKIN be and he hereby is appointed as Municipal Judge ad litem of the City of Boynton Beach, Plorida, to serve until the First Monday in January, 1961, unless sooner relieved of his duties by action of the City Council; and that he shall be compensated for his services rendered in said capacity on the basis of per session of the Municipal Court at which he presides. It is further declared that said Municipal Judge ad litem shall be vested with all of the powers of' the Municipal Judge provided for in said charter and the ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach while he is officially acting in the capacity of his office.
