WHEREAS the CITY OF BOYNTON kEACH, FLORIDA, is about
to embark upon a project ~f renovating and expanding its existing
Municipal water system; and
WHEREAS said project is to be financed through the
sale of special revenue bonds of said City; and
WHE~AS it is deemed necessary and essential in connec.
tion with the validation, issua~nce and sale of said special
revenue bonds that the City retain the legal services of a firm
of national bond counsel to assist the City in said undertaking;
and
WHEREAS the law firm of CALDWELL, MARSHALL, TRl~LE &
MITCHELL of New York City, New York, is considered to possess the
requisite qualifications in said regard;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the CITY OF ~OYNTON ~ACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the CITY OF BOYNTON ~ACH, FLORIDA, hereby retain~
the law firm of CALDW£LL, MARSHALL, TRINiJLE & MITCHELL of New York
City, New York, as Special Legal Counsel to assist the City in
connection with the validation, issuance and sale of special reven
bonds covering the renovation and expansion of said Municipality's
