A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE AWARD OF A BID TO INSTALL A
NEW PUMP, WELL AND IRRIGATION SYSTEM AT
SARA SIMS PARK TO MARK TOMBERG, INC, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $42,322.82; AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH AND MARK TOMBERG, INC.,
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, bids were opened by the Purchasing Division, and Mark
-omberg, Inc., was selected as the most complete and responsive bidder who
'net and exceeded all specifications to install a new pump, well and irrigation
system at Sara Sims Park;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
3F THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
hereby approves the award of a bid to install a new pump, well and irrigation
system at Sara Sims Park, (located at 209 NW 9th Cour[, Boynton Beach,
Florida), to Mark Tomberg, Inc., in the amount of $42,322.82, and authorizes the
Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Contract between the City of Boynton Beach
and Mark Tomberg, Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately
