WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, pursuant to Section 160 of the Charter of said City, deem~
it necessary for the public interest that the street and public
highway more particularly described hereinafter, located within
the municipal limits of said City be improved by being built,
repaired, resurfaced and/or rebuilt, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA',
1. That the Superintendent of Public Works is hereby
directed and ordered to prepare an estimated cost of building,
repairing, resurfacing and/or constructing the following describedl
street and public highway over the dedicated rights-of-way as
hereinafter set forth:
The 400 Block of Northwest First Avenue,
between Third Street and Fourth Street,
within the City of Boymton Beach, Florida.
2. That the Superintendent of Public Works shall
prepare plans and specifications and estimates of the cost of
such improvement, which plans, specifimtions and estimated cost
shall be in accordance with the laws and ordinances of said City
of Boynton Beach, Florida, and he filed in his office.
