WHEREAS the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, did during its regular meeting held on April 18, A. D.
1960, examine the report and assessment roll prepared by the
Superintendent of Public Works covering certain improvements to
portions of Northwest 8th Court, Northwest 10th Avenue, Northwest
8th Street and Northwest 6th Avenue, all located within the munici.
pal limits of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, and found same
in proper order and prepared in accordance with the requirements
of the City Charter of the CITY OF BOYNTON ~EACH, FLORIDA, and
did approve same. The property owners indicated in said assess.
merit ~oll are hereby notified that the property described therein
has been benefited by the improvements of the public streets,
roads, avenues and lanes in accordance with the assessed charges
as set opposit~their respective properties and rames,all located
within the City of Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, same
being more particularly described as follows:

The City Council shall sit as a Board to hear com-
plaints or objections to said Assessment Roll from property owners
abutting the above described improvements at 2 P.M. on the
&th day of May , A. D. 1960, at the Boymton Beach City
Hall, Boynton Beach, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, A. D. 1960.
