07-26-61b RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Section 6-3 of the Code of Ordinances of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, pertaining to cemeteries within said
municipality, provides that the City Council shall from time to time, by
resolution, fix the priceto be charged for the sale of cemetery lois and for
other purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Cemetery Board of the CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, has heretofore forwarded its recommendations to the City Council
relative alteration of said existing rates,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, lhat the following rates are
hereby established for the sale of cemetery lois located in municipal cemeteri~
within the city limits of Boynton Beach, Florida:
$ 75.00 per lot - resident rate.
125.00 per lot - non-resident rate.
37.50 per lot - Infant rate (to 4 yrs. )
It is further resolved that the hours for burials within said
city are hereby established between 9:00 A. M. to 5:00 P.M. All other
charges and procedures presently existing, relative lhe operalion of
owned cemeteries within said city shall remain as now established.
