01-16-61A RE SOLUTI ON
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Chapterl3 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, pertaining to
garbage, trash and weeds, the City Engineer has recently conducted a periodi
survey of the City and has submitted to the Mayor of the municipality a
report in writing describing certain lots or parcels of land located within the
municipal limits of the City, wherein conditions constituting nuisances, as
defined in Sections 13-17 and 13-18 of the above Cha~er exist; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has heretofore conducted a personal
survey of subject parcels and has submitted his report and findings relative
thereto to the City Council in writing; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, at a regular meeting, has con-
sidered the said Mayor's reporl and heard supporting data relative thereto;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds as a facl, a prima facie
case has been established showing the existence of nuisances as defined in the
above and foregoing cha~ter exist on the parcels of land more particularly

NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, as follows:
1. That nuisances as defined in Sections 13-17 and 13-18
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, exist
on the following described parcels of land located within the municipal
limits of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida:

1. Lot 172, Block A,

1. Lots 30 through 39, Block 16.
