01-16-61CRESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, now owns and
operates the municipal sewage system; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that certain separate and distinct
operational bank accounts be established relative said Sewer System as more
particularly provided in the Resolution of the City providing for the issuance
of the sewer bonds connected with said system,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED by the City Council
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA., as follows:
1. That there shall be established with the BOYNTON
BEACH STATE BANK, a Trust Account to be designated as "The
City of Boynton Beach Sewer System Revenue Fund Account" as more
particular~described in the above sewer bond Resolution.
2. That there shall be established with the BOYNTON BEACH
STATE BANK, a checking account to be designated as "The City of
Boynton Beach Sewage Deposit A. ccount".
3. That the City Finance Director is hereby authorized to
take the necessary steps to carry into effect the procedure set forth in
Paragraphs 1 and 2 hereinabove, and all municipal officials designated
by Resolution of the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
on May 16, 1960, shall be authorized to prepare, sign and endorse all
checks and vouchers of the City necessary to deposit or withdraw from
the accounts hereinabove established.
