12-29-61c RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore appointed ANN S.
HILLIARD to the position of Personnel Officer, which office was recently
created in a certain charter amendment providing for the inc]nsion of the
Civil Service Merit System in said charier; and
WHEREAS, Section 20 of the Charier of the CITY OF BOYNTO~
BEACH, FLORIDA, provides that the salaries of all officers and employees,
except the Mayor and City Council, shall be fixed by resolution;
NOWj THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the salary of ANN S. HILLIARD, Personnel Officer of
the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, is hereby fixed at $75.00 per
week, effective December 5th, 1961, said salary to be payable every two
weeks as other city employees are paid, commencing with the payroll date
of December 28, 1961.
Be it further resolved that the said ANN S. HILLIARD shall
fulfill the duties of public information secretary for the City as well as all
other duties assigned to her by lhe City Administrator with the approval of
the Cily Council.
