12-18-61aRESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Owner of Lois 1 through 24 inclusive, Block 10,
McDONALD PARK, a subdivision of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, has
previously requested the City Council for authority to pave, at his expense,
the publicly dedicated portion of S. W. 6th Avenue, lying between S. W. 2nd
Street and S.W. 3rd Street, which right-of-way abuts the above described
property; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed for the best interest of the City that
said offer be aceepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Thai WILFRED J. ROUX, the owner of the property hereinabow
described, is hereby authorized, at his sole expense,tO-consiruc~t and install
that portion of S. W. 6th Avenue, between S.W. 2nd Street and S.W. 3rd
Street, within the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, over the publicly dedicate.
right-of-way thereof in strict accordance with plans and specifications per-
taining thereto to be approved and supervised by Zell Taylor, Superintendent
of the Public Works Department of said City.
Be it further resolved that if, as and when the acreage abutting
is
the above described right-of-way to the North/suklivded or platted, that the
City require the owner thereof to dedicate the 25 feet lying North of the above
dedicated right-of-way to the City for public purposes, and further, be
required to pay for the installation of the required road over said dedicated
right - of- way.
