heretofore retired and received by surrender various certificales and
evidences of its outstanding bonded indebtedness, more particularly described

WHEREAS, the above-described bonds are presently in the
custody of the City Finance Director' and
WHEREAS, it is deemed inadvisable to keep subject bonds and
coupons on hand as same are without any value,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the above-described bonds, totalling 447 in number, be publicl~
destroyed by fire and burned to ashes at the parking lot located adjacent to the
City Hall, at ~/ ~o o o'clock ~. M., on the ;~ ]~--~ day of November, A. II
