10-16-61bRESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Section 20 of the charter of the CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, provides that the City Council shall, by resolution,
fix the salaries of ali officers and employees of the municipal:try, other than
members of the City Council and Mayor; and
WHEREAS, various changes in the existing salaries of certain
municipal officers and employees were incorporated in the 1961 - 62 municipal
budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it Resolved by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That all salaries for officers and employees of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, as established in the previously adopted 1961-62
budget for said city, are hereby fixed as the salaries for said respective
officers and employees for the fiscal year 1961 - 62, all effective November 1,
1961. All salaries of municipal employees not specifically covered by said
budget shall remain as presently established. Ail of said salaries shall
continue to be payable in the manner and at the times presently paid.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of October, A. D. 1961.
