07-03-61a RESOLUTION WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, pertaining to garbage, trash and weeds, the City l<,ngineer has recently conducted a periodic survey of the City and has submitted to the Mayor of the municipality a report in writing describing certain lots or parcels of land located within the municipal limits of the City, wherein conditions constituting nuisances, as defined in Sections 13-17 and 13-18 of the above Chapter, exist; and WHEREAS, the Mayor has heretofore conducted a personal survey of subject parcels and has submitted his report and findings relative thereto to the City Council in writing, a copy of which is attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the City Council, at a regular meeting, has eon- sidered the said Mayor's report and heard supporting data relative thereto; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds as a fact, a prima facie case has been established showing the existence of nuisances as defined in the above and foregoing Chapter exist on the parcels of land more particularly describee he re inaft e r, NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, be it RESOLVED by the City Council of as follows: 1.
