06-19-61b RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the owners of certain property located within
WILM'S WAY, a subdivision of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, to wit:
Lots i through 8 inclusive, and lots 19 through 26 inclusive, have formally
requested the City to abandon and vacate such portion of said plat, together
with that portion of Maryland Avenue (N. E. 12th Avenue), lying East of the
southerly extension of the West line of said Lot 8, for the purpose of allowin
said owners to properly develop the property in question; and
WHEREAS, the City, after having investigated said matter,
has found that the owners of all property affected by said request are in
accord with same, and that the abandonment of subject area will be for the
best interest of the public,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
That portion of WILM'S WAY, a subdivision of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, according to the plat thereof on file in the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, recor,
in Plat Book 23, Page ll0, more particularly described as lots 1 through 8
inclusive and lots 19 through 26 inclusive, together with that portion of
Maryland Avenue (N. E. 12th Avenue) lying East of the southerly extension of
the West line of said Lot 8, is hereby vacated, abandoned and nullified, and
all of said area is hereby returned to acreage for purposes of taxation.
