05-24-61b RESOLUTION WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, pertaining to abatement of certain nuisances existing within the municipal limits of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, the City Council has heretofore determined that certain nuisances do exist in said City as defined in the above and fore- going Chapter, on property more particularly described in a Resolution of the City Council passed and adopted on the 1st day of May, A. D. 1961; and WHEREAS, notice of the Council's said findings has heretofore been furnished to the owners of record of subject property, advising them that a hearing would be held by the Council for the purpose of allowing said owners to show pertinent or material reasons Or facts as to why the above preliminary findings of the City Council as to the existence of said nuisances should be amended or altered, or why the abatement of same should not be required at the cost of the owner; and WHEREAS, at the above hearing on even date herewith, the owners of the property involved did not appear or, in the alternative, did not furnish adequate reason for the Council to alter its preliminary findings, NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, as follows: That after due consideration at the haaring provided for under Section 13-21 of the Code of Ordinances of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, the Council rerr~ains of the opinion that nuisances as defined in Section 13-37 and 13-18 of the above Code of Ordinances exist on the following described parcels of land located within the municipal limits of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: PROPERTY Acreage: Sec. 4, T. 46, South, R. 43 East. That unless the above nuisances are abated by the owners of the parcels hereinabove described within 30 days from the date of mailingof a copy of this Resolution to said owners by the City Clerk, the City will abate iSuch nuisance and levy the cost of such work as an assessment against the pro- Perry in question. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to mail a copy of this ~esolution to the above record owners of the several parcels affected thereby their last available address within ten days after the date of passage of this ~esolution.
