ADDITIONS, EXTENSIONS AND IMP~OV~TS TO THE WATER
SYSTEM OF THE. CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: AUTHORIZING
THE ISSUANCE OF $1,370,000 WATER REVENUE BONDS, SERIES
1960, TO FINANCE THE COST OF SUCH ADDITIONS, EXT~ISIONS
AND IMPROVemENTS; PLEDGING THE REVENUES OF SAID WATER
SYSTEM TO THE PAYMENT OF SUCH WATER ~UE BONDS,
SERIES 1960, AND PROVIDING FOR THE RIGHTS AND REMEDIES
OF THE HOLDERS THEREOF", AS AMENDED.
WHEREAS, this City Council has heretofore, on the llth day of
January, 1961, adopted a resolution, as amended, authorizing the issuance of
$1,370,000 Water Revenue Bonds of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, dated
December l, 1960; and
WH~, it has been determined that there are certain typographical
errors in s aid resolution, referring to certain dates appearing in Section 3.0~
thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary and desirable that such errors be
corrected in order that said resolution reflect the true tenor ~ud intent
thereof; and
WHEREAS, said corrections in no way affect the security of said
bonds, nor the legality thereof; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OFTHE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. ~at Section 3.0& of the resolution, as amended, adopted
on January ll, 1961, and entitled: "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION
AND ACQUISITION OF ADDITIONS, EXTENSIONS AND IMPROVemENTS TO THE WATER SYSTEM
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA; AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $1,370,000
WATER REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 1960, TO FINANCE THE COST OF SUCH ADDITIONS,
EXTENSIONS AND IMPROVemENTS; PLEDGING NE REVENUES OF SAID WATER SYSTEM TO
THE PAYMENT OF SUCH WATER REVENUE BONDS, SLP~IES 1960, AND PROVIDING FOR ~
RIGHTS AND REMEDIES OF THE HOLDERS THEREOF" be and the same is hereby amended
in the following particulars, to wit:
(A) By inserting in subsection 3.0&(D) (3) (a) thereof the w~rds and
figures "June 15, 1961" in the place and stead of "December 15, 1961";
(B) By inserting in subsection 3.0A(D) (3) (C) thereof the words and
figures "June 15, 1978" in the place and stead of "December 15, 1978";
(C) By inserting in the table appearing in the subsection referred
to in (B) above the words and figures "May 31st" in the place and stead of
"December 31st";
(D) By inserting in the paragraph immediately following the table
appearing in said subsection 3.0~(D) (3) (C) thereof the words and figures
"twentieth (20th) day of March" in the place and stead of "twentieth (20th)
day of September"; and
(E) By inserting in said subparagraph 3.04(D) (3) (C) the ~rds amd
figures "J~ne lst" in the place and stead of "~ecember lst".
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
