Pipes , the following Resolution was adopted.

WHEREAS, The State Road Department of Florida proposes to improve that part
of State Road 804 ~ Section_~$~__, between S~t~ Road 5 ~d
S~stte Road A-I-A
, and
WHEREAS, in order for the State Road Department to further and complete
said project, it is necessary that certain lands now owned by the City of___~~
~h be acquired by the State of Florida for the use and benefit of
the State Road Department of Florida~ and
WEEREAS, the State Road Department having requested the City of
Beach to execute and deliver to the State Road Department a deed in
favor of the State of Florida conveying all right, title and interest that the City
of B~v~n ~ has in and to said lands required for rights of way
for sa~d State Road and said request having been duly considered~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bown~n Be~ah ~ Florida~ that the Mayor (City Manager) and Clerk of said City
be ~nd they are hereby authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver to the
State Road Department a deed, in favor of the State of Florida~ conveying all
- right~ title and interest of the City of B _9~ B~¢h in and to said lands
owned by the City of ~~ ~h and required for rights of way for said
State Road ~/4 ~ Section ~.~[ .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution
be forwarded forthwith to the State Road Department at Fort Lauderdale~ Florida~
