A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING A RELEASE OF CASH SURETY TO
ABI COMPANIES, INC., FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN
AS NEWPORT PLACE, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$6,600.00; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on October 14, 2002, the Building Division accepted a cash surety
in the amount of $6,600.00 from ABI Companies, Inc., to guarantee completion of all
permitted work at Newport Place (4735 N.W. 7th Court); and
WHEREAS, a final inspection has been conducted on this project, the work has
been completed, and a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, based
upon the recommendation of staff, hereby approves the release of cash surety in the
amount of $6,600.00 to ABI Companies, Inc,. for the project known as Newport Place,
located at 4735 N.W. 7th Court.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
