11-02-59CRESOLUTION DESIGNATING A DEPOSITORY FOR A PORTION OF CITY FUNDS WHEREAS, the 19~6 Refunding Bond Agreement requires that a Special Reserve Fund of $15,0OO.00 be created and maintained from the tax levy for Refunding Bonds, and WHEREAS, the 19~9 Refunding Bond Agreement requires that a Special Reserve Fund of $1,500.00 be created and maintained from the tax levy for Refunding Bonds, and WHEREAS, it appears that the BOYNTON BEACH STATE BANK is duly qualified to be official depository of such funds, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida that the BOYNTON BEACH STATE BANK be and hereby is appointed Official Depository of a portion of the funds of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Flori- da, that all checks, drafts or other orders for the withdrawal of money be signed by the TreasurerOr Deputy Treasurer and countersigned by the Mayor or Vice-Mayor. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the BOYNTON BEACH STATE BANK be instructed to recognize the signatures of O. R. Cierpik as Treasurer; Tereesa Padgett as Dep- uty Treasurer; James J. Mahoney as Mayor; and Jonas B. Baughman as Vice-Mayor, on all orders issued by the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
