11-02-59DRESOLUTION
WHEREAS, in accordance with Sec. 13-1& of the Boynton Beach Code of
Ordinances, a service charge or fee shall be fixed, from time to time,
by resolution of the City Council, for the services rendered by the City
in the collection and disposition of garbage and trash.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Boynton Beach that each place of business receiving garbage or trash
pickup by the City of Boynton Beach shall be charged for same.
The following rates will be used in Aa_king said charges:
(a) A minimum fee of $2.00 per month shall be charged comercial
establishments receiving daily pickup of one can per day with the charges
being based on 5¢ per can per collection.
(b) Tickets to be sold to truck owners to deliver loads to City
Dump at the following rates:
Beach.
1. Up to 3/4 ton capacity - 50¢ per load
2. Over 3/4 ton capacity - $1.00 per load
3. Loads hauled by City Truck $7.50 per load
Ail fees shall be payable in advance at City Hall, City of Boynton
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a discount of 5% shall be allowed any
person, firm or corporation for the payment of one (1) years service charge
in advance.
THIS RESOLUTION PASSED AND ADOPTED in regular session this 2nd day
of November, 1959.
