05-04-59ARESOLUTION
WHEREAS, there are certain unpaid taxes upon real estate
owing to the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, and which have become
delinquent; and
WHEREAS, the law requires a sale of such lands for such
unpaid and delLnquent taxes;
NOW, THEREFORE~ ~E IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of
the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, that the Tax Collector of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, be, and she hereby is, ordered
and directed to make out a statement of all such real estate amount
due on each parcel, including interest from April 1 to date of sale,
at the rate of 12% per annum, together with the cost of advertising
an~ expense of sale, in the same order in which the lands were
assessed, and to publish such list once a week for four consecutive
weeks, in the BOY, TON ~9~A~H NEWS, a newspaper.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that certificates on the follow-
ing described lands will be sold at public sale on the 2nd day of
June, 19%9, at 12.00 oSclock Noon at the City Hall, in tb~ City of
BoyntonBeach, County of Palm Beachand State of Florida, to pay
the amount due for taxes herein set opposite to the same, together
with the cost of such sale and advertising cost;
