AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING APPENDIX A - ZONING, SECTION C.
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT REGULATIONS AND USE
PROVISIONS PROVIDING FOR RESTAURANTS,
BEAUTY SALONS, MANICURISTS, TAILORS,
DRESSMAKERS AND BARBER SHOPS AS
CONDITIONAL USES; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS
CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE;
PROVIDING AUTHORITY TO CODIFY; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
.each has reviewed Appendix A - Zoning, Section 6 Commercial
District Regulation and Use Provisions of the City Zoning
Code and has determined that an amendment thereto is
necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACB, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. Appendix A - Zoning, Section 6
Commercial District Regulation and Use Provisions of the
Code of Ordinances, City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is
hereby amended by creating new subsections r. and s. as
follows:
1. Uses Permitted
r. Restaurants.*
s. Barber shops, beauty salons, manicurists,
tailors and dressmakers.*
Section 2. Each and every other provision of
Appendix A - Zoning Section 6. Code of Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, shall remain in full force
and effect as previously enacted.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be~and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 4. Should any section or provision of this
ordinance or portion hereof, any paragraph, sentence, or
word be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, such
