· ~'~2~EAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
d~e's, p~suant to Article 15 of the Charter of the said City, deem it nec-
essary for the public interest, that certain streets, boulevards, avenues,
lanes, alleys, parkways, and other public highways, within the limits of
the said City, be improved by being built, repaired, resurfaced, and re-
built, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BO1R~TON BEACH, FL(RIDA~ AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Superintendent of Public Works is hereby directed and
ordered to prepare an estimated cost of repair, resurfacing, rebuilding
and constructing, streets, roads, boulevards, avenues, lanes, alleys, park-
ways, and other public highways over the dedicated rights-of-way as herein-
after set forth:
From corner N.W. 13th Ave. and N.W. 8th Court, south on
N.W. 8th Court to N. W. 10th Ave., thence East on N.W. 10th Ave.
to N.W. 8th St., thence South on N.W. 8th St. to N.W. 6th Ave.,
thence West on N. W. 6th Ave. to Glen Arbor Sub-division.
2. That the Superintendent of Public Works shall prepare plans
and specifications which shall be on file with the City Clerk and the City of
Boynton Beach, which said plans and specifications shall be in accordance with
the lsws and ordinances of said City of Boynton Beach.
3. The said Superintendent of Public Works shall have prepared and
present to the next Regular City Council Meeting of the City of Boynton Beach,
on December 1, 1958, the said plans and specifications as herein mentioned.
