BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OP BOY]~TON BEACH, PALM BEACH
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the City of Boynton Beach has instituted a
program to adopt a Master Plan for zoning in the City of
Boynton Beach, and it is imperative that such planning that
may be instituted to conform with the proposed master plan as
to zoning be in force and, effect for the best interest,
Protection, safety and welfare of the citizens of Boynton Beach.
2. That from date of passage of this Resolution no
permits for the erection, building, or occupancy of any premises
to permit industrial activities on any lands located south of
Woolbright Road to south city limits, and west of Seacrest
Avenue right of way to the westward boundary of the city limits,
unless and until such specifications, ~nd plans for industrial
use has been approved by the City Council of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED unanimously this /~-~ day of
September, 1958, at regular council meeting of City of Boynton
Beach.
