The City Council of the City of Boynton Beach did during its regular
meeting held June 16, 1958, examine and approve this assessment roll and
has found the same in proper order and prepared in accordance with require-
ments of the City Charter of the City of Boynton Beach. The property owners
are hereby notified that the following described property has been benefitted
by the improvements of the public streets, roads, avenues and lanes in accord-
ance with the assessed charges as set opposite the described lands so benefit-
ted, located in the City of Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida as fol-
lows:

The City Council shall sit as a Board to hear objections or complaints
from property owners abutting the above ~escribed improvements at ~
on July 7, ~g~8. ~ at the City Hall Building, Boynton Beach,
Florida.
