07-07-58B RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the need for a sanitary sewer system in the City
of Boynton Beach has been deezr~ed necessary in order to promote and
develop the said City, and,
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach, is desirous of entering
into an Agreernent with N. R. Field for the purpose of the sale of bonds
needed for finance of the sewerage system,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Attached hereto is a copy of an Agreement dated this 7%h
day of July, 1958, between the City of Boynton Beach, and N. R. Field,
and it is the unanimous decision of the City Corr~rnission of the City of
Boynton Beach, that this Agreement be entered into and that the Mayor
hereby is directed to execute said Agreernent and the City Clerk directed
to execute sarr~e, and affix the seal of said City thereto.
Unanirnously passed and adopted this 7th day of July, 1958.
