This is not one that I would normally make because it's not me who
said it, but on page 23, where Commissioner Katz said the only fair
option is Option A, I'm not sure that that's what he meant because
what we voted on, I believe, is Option B and, at the same time,
Mayor Pro Tem Bradley said Option A is not going to cost the City or
the employees. I think that if you recall back there, and you can
recollect, check your recollection of the City Manager, Option B is
the one we actually
