CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Harmening called the meeting to order at 5:30 P. M. in accordance with
Section 56 of the City Charter of the City of Boynton Beach for the purpose of
reviewing and acting on the SoUth Central Regional Waste Water Treatment and
Disposal Board Budget.
Commissioner Aguila moved to approve Proposed Resolution No. Rg4-143.
Commissioner Katz seconded the motion.
Mayor Harmening stated that there are a great many problems at the sewer plant
and Robert Hagel seems to be largely at the core of them. Mayor Harmening was
not in favor of passing this budget as it is presently constituted and he will
vote against it.
Vice Mayor Matson was 'against it also. She stated that something stinks at the
sewer plant and she is not buying this budget for one minute.
The motion carried 3-2. Mayor Harmening and Vice Mayor Matson cast the
dissenting votes.
ADJOURNHEHT
There being no further business to come before the City Commission, the meeting
properly adjourned at 5:31P. M.
