A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING
JOHN STUNSON AS CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, SUBJECT TO. PRE-
EMPLOYMENT PHYSICAL AND EXECUTION OF AN
APPOINTMENT CONTRACT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City desires to employ the services of John Stunson as City
Manager of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, as provided in Article IV, Section 49
~f the City Charter of Boynton Beach, Florida; and
WHEREAS, John Stunson wishes to accept employment as City Manager of
:he City of Boynton Beach, Florida, under the terms and conditions to be mutually
agreed upon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
rilE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
:loes hereby appoint John Stunson, as City Manager of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, subject to a pre-employment physical and execution of an appointment
:ontract.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
