A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE
REPLAT OF GROVE PLAZA, PROVIDING FOR
RELOCATION OF PARCEL LINES; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on March 3, 1998, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, approved the Final Plat for Grove Plaza by Resolution No. R98-42; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has since reconfigured the individual lots within
the plat, and has requested approval of a Replat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CTI'Y OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1, The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby
approves the replat of Grove Plaza.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
