OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLOR_~DA, AUTHOR][Z]iNG A FULL
RELEASE OF THE SURETY FOR NAUTICA SOUND PUD
PLAT ONE, ]~N THE AMOUNT OF $374,102.97 TO G.L.
HOMES OF BOYNTON BEACH ASSOC]]ATES, LTD.;
APPROVAL OF THE SUBD]]V]]S]~ON, ACCEPTANCE OF THE
DED]:CATIONS, AND THE MA]]NTENANCE
RESPONS~B]]LITIES OF THOSE ~MPROVEMENTS
DED]~CATED TO THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH; AND
PROV[D]]NG AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the project is complete and the City has received the Engineer of
Record's certification, the "As-Built" drawings and Utility Department approval for
Nautica Plat ~;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ZT RESOLVED BY THE CTTY COMMI'SSZON
THE CII~ OF BOY, TON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT: OF
Section 1: The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
based upon the recommendation of staff, hereby approves a full release of the
surety for Nautica PUD Plat One, in the amount of $374,102.97 to G.L. Homes of
Boynton Beach Associates, LTD., approves the Subdivision, and accepts the
dedications and the maintenance responsibilities of those improvements dedicated
to the City.
Section 2.
