ACCEI~ING DEED TO STREET R/W FC~ THE USE OF THE PUBLIC
WHEREAS, the S 25t of W~ of NE~ of Section 9--45--43,
Palm Beach County, as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 124, has
been deeded to the City of Boynton Beach, and;
WHEREAS,.the said land has been dedicated to the use
of the public as N~j of Street R/W known as Menton~ Road on pro-
posed plat of ROLLING GRE~ RIDGE SEACREST ADDITION;
NOW THEREFC~E, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council
of the City of Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, as
follows:
1. That the said Deed is hereby accepted for the City of Boynton
Beach, by it's Council.
2. That the said street, namely, Mentone Road, be and hereby is
declared to be a public street, acceptable by the City of Boynton
Beach for normal maintenance, as soon as same is constructed by
developers of Rolling Green Ridge Seacrest Addition, according to
City of Boynton Beach specifications for street construction.
