11/19/56A BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That until further order from the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, that there shall be no further permission from the City of Boynton Beach to subdividers or developers to be permitted to use City water without charge. Ail outlets for all water delivered from the City of Boy, ton Beach Water System shall be metered and the usual compliance for the installation of meters, deposits, connection charges and other expenses shall he paid before distribution of water. Any violation now existing ~hall he terminated after fifteen (15) days notice to he party having requested the supply of water now in use not having already been metered. 2. There shall be allowed for all churches, benevolent, aad-,chools an allowance of 60,000 gallons for each such institution per year, or a net amount of 5,000 gallon per month, such basis of metering shall he in the discretion of the City Clerk, all water usage over the amount herein specified hy such institution shall he paid for.
