the Charter of the City of Boynton Beach
WHEREAS,
provides that compensation to be p~id to
the Chief of Police shall be fixed by
Ordinance or Resolution,
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Boynton Beach
have voted an increase of $25.00 in salary
for the Chief of Police, Adolphus C.
Carver, now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the salary of the
Chief of Police, Adolnhus C. Carver be
changed from $350.00 to $375.00 Der month.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Boynton Beach, Florida, sitting in
regular session this 16th day of July,
