A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING AN
AGREEMENT WITH GOLF DIGEST ALLOWING
PARTICIPATION IN GOLF DIGEST PLAYERS CLUB;
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH dPo/a THE LINKS AT BOYNTON BEACH AND
GOLF DIGEST; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Golf Digest is developing a Players Club program in an effort to attract
new customers and reward loyalty; and
WHEREAS, there is no cost to the City other than honoring the rewards received by
the Players Club members.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida does
hereby authorize and direct execution of the Agreement with Golf Digest, a copy of which
Agreement is attached hereto.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
