ELLIS K. PHELPS AND COMPANY, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $85,504.00.00; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
THE CONTRACT, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.

WHEREAS, on February 4, 2003, Procurement Services received and tabulated
proposals for the above referenced bid, and, after review and evaluation, it was

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, upon
of staff, hereby approves the award of a bid for the purchase of two new
unused 110 HP Submersible Wastewater Pumps, Bid No. 027-2822-03/CJD to Ellis
Phelps and Company, in the amount of $85,504.00, and authorizes the City Manager
execute a contract, a copy of which is attached hereto.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately.
