A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING A FULL RELEASE OF TWO CASH
BONDS, ONE IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,982.00 AND
ONE IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,850.00 TO
QUARTERDECK BOYNTON BEACH, L.L.C., FOR THE
PROJECT KNOWN AS THE QUARTERDECK
RESTAURANT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, on March 25, 2003, the developer of this parcel posted two cash
~onds, one in the amount of $3,982.00 and one in the amount of $3,850.00, for the
ect known as Quarterdeck Restaurant; and
WHEREAS, staff has advised that the required work has been completed and the
Certificate of Occupancy has been issued; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it appropriate to authorize a full release
of two (2) cash bonds, one in the amount of $3,982.00 and one in the amount of
$3,850.00 to Quarterdeck Boynton Beach, L.L.C., for the project known as Quarterdeck
Restaurant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF TIlE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
hereby approves the full release of two (2) cash bonds, one in the amount of $3,982.00
and one in the amount of $3,850.00 to Quarterdeck Boynton Beach, L.L.C., for the
ect known as Quarterdeck Restaurant.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
