R03- Oto~o A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM TOUSA HOMES, INC., TO THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH FOR TRACT 13, QUAIL LAKE WEST; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on December 14, 1984, this tract was dedicated to the City of Boynton Beach by virtue of the Plat of Quail Lake West and Tracts One & Two, as recorded in Plat Book 50, Page 3 of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida; and WHEREAS, the purpose of this Quit Claim Deed is to confirm and more fully document the dedication of the property described in the Quit Claim Deed, a copy of which is attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "A"; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT: Section 1. The foregoing recitals are true, correct and incorporated into this Resolution by reference. Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida does hereby accept the Quit Claim Deed from TOUSA Homes, Inc., a Florida Corporation and successor by merger to Engle Homes/Palm Beach, Inc., to the City of Boynton Beach, the property known as Quail Lake West - Tract 13, a copy of which Deed is attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "A." Section 3. That the City Clerk is directed to record the original Quit Claim Deed in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida. Section 4.
