09/19/55-2RESOLUTION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, that the City hereby agrees to accept a Deed
from Charles P. Tatum and Louise H. Tatum, his wife, for
street purposes, the following described parcels of land
situate, lying and being in Palm Beach County, Florida, to wit:
EAST TWE2~YFIVE FEET (E. 25') OF LOT FIFTEEN (15) and
EAST TWENTYFIVE FEET (E~' 25') OF LOT SIXTEEN (16) in the
SOUTH~EST QUARTER (SW~) of the SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW¼)
according to State survey, all in Section 28, Township 45
South, Range 43 East.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
provided, however, that the parties hereto do by the execution
of such Deed covenant with each other as follows:
1. Said property shall be used solely for a right of way
for streets , water mains, gas pipe lines, sewage disposal mains
and the like and as a parkway by the said City and shall not
be used otherwise at any time.
This Resolution passed and adopted unanimously by the
City Council of Boynton Beach, Florida, this 19th day of
September, 1955.
