"5.5 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the City Co~ission of the City of Boynton Beach, Fldrida, does, pursuant to Article 15 of the Charter of the said City, deem it necessary for the public interest, that certain streets, boulevards, avenues, lanes, alleys, parkways, and other public highways, Within the limits of the said City, be improved by being built, repaired, reeurfaced, and rebuilt, now, therefore, BE IT RESODgED BY THE CITY GF BOYNTON BEACH, FL~IDA, AS FOLL(~S: 1. The Superintendent of Public Works is hereby directed and ordered to prepare an estimated cost for repair, resurfacing, rebuilding and constructing, streets, roads, boulevards, avenues, lanes, alleys, parkways, and other public highways over the dedicated rights-ofways as hereinafter set forth: S.E...6_th Avenue between Seacrest Blvd. and S.E. 1st Street, S.E. lst~$treet between S.E.5th Ave. and S.E.?~h.
